Clear your throat *before* you start recording, not during. Don't say Uhhhmmmm 5,000,000. You can easily avoid that by rehearsing, or by just cutting out the parts of the audio track that have you going uuuuuuuhhhhmmmm.
There's a reason we have Free software to help you edit this kind of video... so that viewers like me have the freedom from uuuuuuuhhhhmmmmmm.
